Heritage Pines CDD accepts unaudited financials and approves amended Dec. 10 minutes

At its Feb. 18 meeting the Heritage Pines CDD Board accepted unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024, and approved the Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting minutes with four specified corrections; staff will resend financial statements and the board set its next meeting for April 15, 2025.
The Board of Supervisors of the Heritage Pines Community Development District accepted the unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024, and approved amended minutes from the Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting during its Feb. 18, 2025 meeting.
District Manager Chuck Adams presented the unaudited financial statements and answered questions about the BankUnited investment account and current interest being earned. Staff will resend the statements to the board. On motion by Vice Chair Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Supervisor Michael Walsh, the board accepted the unaudited financial statements (unanimous vote).
Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented the Dec. 10 minutes and the board approved four edits: change “Vaughn” to “Vaughan,” delete one line (line 21), change “Mr. Hurley” to “Mr. Gatz,” and change “Mr. Walsh” to “Mr. Rhodes.” On motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan, the amended Dec. 10, 2024 minutes were approved with all in favor.
No reports were given by District Counsel or the District Engineer. The board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
