Council authorizes staff to negotiate parks master plan contract with Greenworks

"We received 6 proposals, and the proposal review committee met and reviewed all those. They felt that the best one was Greenworks," staff said. Councilors affirmed the committee's recommendation and moved to authorize staff to proceed with contract negotiations.
The motion to authorize negotiations was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. Staff will return with final contract terms for council review after negotiations.
