Board adds The Horizon at Brush Valley Phase 3 MOU to next week’s consent agenda

The proposal shows 21 additional residential lots with associated infrastructure covering 10.502 acres south of State Route 0192 (Lower Brush Valley Road).
Commissioner Mark Higgins moved and Commissioner Steven Dershem seconded a motion to add the MOU to next week’s consent agenda; the motion passed unanimously. The item will appear on the consent agenda for formal action at the Board’s next public meeting.
