Joel (board member) raised color‑temperature concerns and noted lower kelvin (~3,000K) options would be warmer and closer to dark‑sky objectives; staff said they would research price differences.
The board moved the resolution and the chair declared the motion passed. Staff said the item will be forwarded to the City Council for final approval and that exact installation and contract details (including final installation costs) will be determined as work is scheduled.
