The board recorded a motion to approve the two requests; the clerk called the roll and the motion carried 2–0. Commissioners also encouraged IT to develop a written policy so staff would not need to repeatedly bring similar access requests before the board.
Staff will proceed to grant the approved accesses and will consult the county’s legal office regarding the litigation‑related mailbox before any decision on that request.
