Town Clerk Kiley Deuso told the Richford Selectboard that the town’s paving grant agreement is expected to arrive "any day now." The board approved recommending Revolving Loan Fund disbursements of $50,000 at a time to pay for library repairs until a $190,000 grant is received; the board required proof that the work has been completed before funds are released. Selectwoman Kristin Sheperd moved to approve the recommendation and Selectman Alan Fletcher seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Deuso reported that after reviewing one lot on Dunleavy Avenue, Jeremy signed off on a single water and sewer hookup; Selectman Fletcher moved to approve the hookup, Selectwoman Sheperd seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The board also discussed an estimate from Round Hill Fences & Security of $6,300 for a new gate at the Water Plant and considered converting it to a sliding gate.
Clerk Deuso noted there are contractual items that will be handled in executive session later in the meeting.
