Miltona board approves vacation of portion of town cartway

At a special meeting Nov. 12 at 6:00 p.m., the Miltona Township Board reviewed a petition and an Order Setting Forth Initial Description and Setting Hearing Date to vacate a portion of a town cartway.
After the clerk read the Order, the board voted on a motion by Andy Anderson, seconded by Matt Kugler, to accept the order and vacate the described portion of the cartway; the motion was recorded as carried 3-0. The board then adjourned the special meeting.
No additional action on other portions of the cartway was taken at that meeting, and the clerk's minutes indicate the usual filing and witness-signing procedures were completed.
