Committee prioritizes re-keying, small repairs and possible community stove as fiscal year closes

Judy Lusk said key sorting is largely complete and recommended re-keying interior doors; Lenny Davis provided an estimate for exterior locks, and Judy said interior re-keying is a priority. Committee members discussed a possible induction stove for the community kitchen at an estimated cost of about $5,000, repairs such as drywall patching and roof work, and garden‑bed rebuilding.

Committee members noted an inspection is needed before fire-monitoring services can be contracted and that some purchases could be moved to the community hall if occupancy or approvals are delayed. The meeting record shows the committee recognizes the fiscal-year deadline: invoices may not be payable until after June 30, so some items will likely be carried into FY27.
