Committee backs bill to bridge gap between temporary and pending administrative rules

Senator Shippy moved to send S 1364 to the floor with a do-pass recommendation and Senator Toews seconded the motion. The motion carried by voice vote.
The committee forwarded S 1364 to the full Senate for further consideration.
