The board approved an online payment of $56,646.91 toward the township loan at First Western Bank; minutes state that amount was the check received from Miltona Bay Estates and was applied to the loan. The motion to approve that payment was made by Matt Kugler and seconded by Brent Boesl and recorded as carried 3-0.
The board also approved bills totaling $225,169.77 on a motion by Matt Kugler, seconded by Brent Boesl; minutes record that motion as carried 3-0. The minutes do not list individual vote names for the recorded tallies.
