Chair Joel Colf said the contract language had been revised to allocate 7.5 hours per week to St. George and capped the town’s contribution at $18,710.79. Colf also noted the Town of Underhill had already approved and signed the same contract as presented by the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC).
Selectboard member Adam Dantzscher moved to approve the Zoning Administrator contract as presented by CCRPC; Selectboard member Terri Hallenbeck, attending remotely, seconded the motion. The board voted unanimously in favor with no opposing votes and the motion passed.
No further discussion or public comment was recorded. The board adjourned at 4:34 p.m., after Terri Hallenbeck moved to adjourn and Adam Dantzscher seconded.
