Minutes and financials: A motion by Treasurer Donna McGorty, seconded by Christian Savage, approved the minutes of April 14, 2026. A separate motion approved the April 2026 financials.
Banking and budget: Donna McGorty said she has an appointment to open a Certificate of Deposit at Franklin Savings Bank and will move $100,000 from Bangor Savings Bank into a 3‑ or 6‑month CD, verifying withdrawal terms to avoid penalties. Director Bryan Belliveau said he will use the chart of accounts from QuickBooks for more accurate budgeting; Donna advised him to use current numbers.
