Skowhegan EDC approves minutes, financials and temporary Northgate rental; meeting adjourns

At the March 10 regular meeting, the Skowhegan Economic Development Corporation completed routine business by approving previous minutes, recent financial reports and a temporary rental approved by e‑mail.
Donna McGorty moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 meeting minutes and the results of the Feb. 2 e‑mail vote; Patric Moore seconded and the motion passed. The recorded e‑mail vote (Feb. 2) shows a motion by Allison Mantor, seconded by Christian Savage, to allow Duane Colford to temporarily rent the vacant space at 7 Industrial Park Road for storage of windows and doors. The board recommended a monthly rental amount of $1,000 for that temporary use.
Donna McGorty also moved to approve the Skowhegan EDC financials for January and February 2026; Patric Moore seconded and the motion passed. Reid Gibson moved to adjourn; Donna McGorty seconded, the motion passed, and the meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
