At 7:30 p.m. Bruce Baccei moved to enter executive session to discuss the town’s status with Zion Growers under Title 1, Section 313(a)(1)(A) of the Vermont Statutes. The board left that executive session at 7:54 p.m. by consensus and recorded no action.
At 7:55 p.m. the board entered a second executive session, again citing Title 1, Section 313(a)(1)(A), to discuss committee structure and appointments. The board moved out of that session at 8:25 p.m. by consensus and reported no action taken.
Minutes record that both motions to enter executive session were seconded and approved unanimously; no employment, contract or appointment decisions were reported following either session.
