The Board of Adjustment convened at 5:14 p.m., approved the previous meeting minutes, addressed a variance request for 114 River Rd, received an update on a garage-ordinance revision, and adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
Rich Ivey moved to approve the minutes; Ron McMahon seconded and the board voted 5-0 in favor. The board then considered a variance application from Issac Bowers for a front-yard encroachment to add a small entry bump-out; after the applicant explained the safety rationale the board approved that variance 5-0. City staff Matt Elberson informed the board the City Commission had approved revisions to the garage ordinance that remove variances for oversize garages; no ordinance citation was provided. Tom Dravland moved to adjourn; Ron McMahon seconded and the board voted 5-0 to adjourn at 5:17 p.m.
