City staff Matt Elberson informed the board the City Commission had approved revisions to the garage ordinance that remove variances for oversize garages; no ordinance citation was provided. Tom Dravland moved to adjourn; Ron McMahon seconded and the board voted 5-0 to adjourn at 5:17 p.m.
