Select Board members Joe Pouliot and Andrea Treadway reported an updated timeline for the Town Office renovation (MERP) after meeting with Jason McNolty of All Points Construction and Shelly Pottorf of Architend. The board said it will continue to meet with the contractor every two weeks to track progress.
Members noted that All Points Construction will work with Dundon's on plumbing and heating, and that Jason McNolty planned to purchase all appliances by the end of the year in order to receive available rebates. The town office retains a standing seam roof that was described as an asset for the project.
The board set the next MERP coordination meeting for Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the Orwell Town Office and indicated staff will provide periodic updates as procurement and installation proceed.
