During the regular meeting the Treasure County Commission processed several consent and action items.
Building change orders: Commissioners moved to convert recent building work to a formal change order so contractor invoices can be paid in the correct accounting form; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Property sale (317 Elliott): Staff reported the high bidder for county property and requested authority to execute the buy‑sell agreement and to delegate a commissioner to sign at closing. Commissioners authorized staff to proceed and delegated a commissioner to handle closing as needed.
Interlocal agreement: Commissioners approved an updated interlocal agreement with Rosebud County to allow the county attorney and Rosebud County attorney to handle conflict cases for each other. The agreement is unchanged in substance from the 2023 version and was approved by voice vote.
Ambulance Medicaid application: The commission appointed Marlo (commissioner) as the county signatory for the ambulance Medicaid/CMS renewal and collection paperwork and recorded the appointment.
Other routine claims and consent items were processed as part of the meeting’s consent agenda.
