River Ridge CDD adopts special assessments roll for FY2024/2025

At its Aug. 27 meeting the River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors opened a public hearing on the assessment roll and adopted Resolution 2024-08, as amended, certifying and imposing special assessments for fiscal year 2024/2025.
District Counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the hearing. No affected property owners spoke. The Board directed the removal of all references to "Exhibit B" (Page 2, first whereas clause and throughout) and then approved the resolution by unanimous motion.
On a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, "with all in favor," Resolution 2024-08 was adopted. The resolution provides for collection and enforcement of assessments and certifies the assessment roll for FY2024/2025.
