Wymore approves CDBG construction management agreement and joins county MFO

The Wymore City Council approved a Construction Management Agreement for the city’s public-works infrastructure funded through Community Development Block Grant 24PWI017 and authorized Mayor Collin Meints to sign the agreement. Neil Van Boening moved and Sue Sapp seconded the motion; the minutes record the motion carried 3-0.
Fire Chief Mark Meints presented an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement related to Mutual Finance Organization (MFO) funding. The council approved the interlocal agreement and authorized Mayor Meints to sign. The council also voted to appoint Fire Chief Mark Meints as the city’s representative to the Gage County Fire Protection Mutual Finance Organization Board of Directors; an alternate appointment was deferred to a future agenda.
