Sharon Planning Commission approves minutes and schedules special March 19 meeting on subdivision regulations

At 8:10 p.m. the Development Review Board adjourned and the Planning Commission convened after a motion by Paul Kristensen and a second by Dee Gish; the motion passed unanimously.
The Planning Commission approved minutes from its Jan. 14 meeting on a motion by Dee Gish and a second by Sue Sellew. John Roe proposed holding a special meeting to continue work on the subdivision regulations — the commission had paused before Article 2 and discussion of "use" — and members agreed to meet at 6:00 p.m. on March 19 to focus on the draft.
The commission adjourned at 8:35 p.m. after a motion by Dana Colson and a second by Dee Gish; the motion passed unanimously.
