Chair Andrea Treadway said running the town “takes a lot of money” and reminded the board that members will work on the budget at the next Select Board meeting on Jan. 12, 2026. Treadway and board member Joe Pouliot are scheduled to meet with the MERP consultant, the general contractor and Chris Dundon to review the town HVAC on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 10:00 a.m. at the Town Office.
No formal action was taken on vehicle replacement or capital purchases during the special meeting; board members discussed interim repairs and potential future needs.
