Proctor selectboard approves cloud-hosted AP5 reappraisal software at $1,500 annually

Albert Wenta moved to approve the cloud-hosted AP5 option; the motion was seconded by Bruce Baccei and carried unanimously. The board also reviewed and signed selectboard orders totaling $62,469.19 during the same agenda item.
Town Manager Judy Frazier will speak with the assessor to break out the contract costs and to confirm whether the vendor will impose any cloud-hosting fee after July 2026. The board did not specify additional funding changes at the meeting.
The approval advances the town’s reappraisal work by securing the vendor-hosted software option and sets a follow-up task for staff to clarify long-term costs and billing structure.
