The Town of Sharon Planning Commission and Development Review Board confirmed on May 13 that a public hearing for the Double C Corporation subdivision application will be held May 27, 2025, with a site visit scheduled for May 25.
Greg Chase presented a new survey of the property during the meeting. Chair John Roe emphasized that the final plan must indicate where driveway access points will be located and that applicants provide records showing they have permits for those access points.
Frances Mize, serving as clerk, said she will remind attendees in advance of the May 25 site visit. The board did not take final action on the Double C application at the May 13 meeting; the item remains scheduled for the upcoming site visit and public hearing.
Next steps: Applicants should ensure driveway locations are shown on the final plan and provide documentation of access permits ahead of the May 27 hearing. The board will review the survey and access documentation at the site visit and the subsequent public hearing.
