Camp Curtis LLC application moves to final review; site visit and public hearing set

Rob Townsend presented the property narrative and an additional map at the board’s request. The board scheduled a site visit for May 11 at 3:00 p.m.; Marc Curtis said he would not be able to attend and Townsend said he would attend in his place. The public hearing was scheduled for the regular DRB meeting on May 13.
Dana Colson moved to advance the application to final review; John Roe and Dee Gish seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously in favor.
The move to final review means the DRB will consider any site-visit findings and public-hearing testimony at its May 13 meeting before making a final determination on the application.
