Joe Roy Jr. introduced the idea and Frank Landsberger presented examples of scrim designs that would reuse previously created frames. The displays were proposed for placement near the Town Hall green entrance and possibly by the Old Town Hall on Main Street. Joe said the Vision Committee would fund the initial installation from its own budget and the Board indicated appreciation and support; the minutes note that if the project continues, Town funding could be considered later.
The Board did not approve a specific expenditure or set installation dates at this meeting.
