Camp organizers and parents ask Selectboard to resume talks over Lil Phantoms Camp

Organizers and parents of The Lil Phantoms Camp pressed the Town of Proctor Selectboard on Sept. 9, asking the board to resume negotiations about the camp’s location and fee structure.
