Council accepts Community Crossings grant funds and approves highway leadership changes

Separately, Human Resources Administrator Erin Schiffli presented revised job descriptions for the Highway Engineer and Highway Superintendent that change the reporting structure by establishing the Highway Engineer as superior to the Highway Superintendent. Councilman Eric Prall moved to approve the changes, Councilman Bill McClanahan seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
