At its July 21 meeting, the Littleton City Council adopted the consent agenda by a single motion and unanimous vote, approving several routine and project-related items and then handled other calendar business.
The consent agenda included: Resolution 36-2026 (amending the Colorado Communities for Climate Action policy statement), Resolution 48-2026 (construction contract with FNF Construction Inc. for the Prince Street Link project, city project #18-14), Resolution 49-2026 (construction contract with RME LLC d/b/a Elite Surface Infrastructures for Euclid Neighborhood 2026 street reconstruction, project #23-09), Resolution 51-2026 (5th Amendment to an intergovernmental agreement with Mile High Flood District for Lee Gulch drainage and flood control), Resolution 52-2026 (1st Amendment to the IGA with Mile High Flood District for Rangeview Gulch drainage improvements), and approval of minutes for the June 16, 2026 regular meeting. A motion to approve items A–F passed with a vote recorded as 5 in favor.
Later in the evening the council considered Ordinance 14-2026, a rezoning request for the northwest corner of Trailmark Boulevard and South Wadsworth Boulevard. The applicant requested a continuance and the council voted to continue the second reading and public hearing to the Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2026 regular meeting; the motion carried unanimously.
