The Wymore City Council on Jan. 2 approved plans, specifications and a bidding schedule for Community Development Block Grant project 23-PWI-012 and took a motion to authorize Mayor Collin Meints to sign paperwork related to Community Development Block Grant 2024 Public Works grants (the transcript records the motion but does not document the vote result for the authorization).
