Village Administrator Ryan VanDeWalle said Scott Sternhagen of audit firm CLA presented the 2025 audit remotely and reported positive findings. Sternhagen recommended the board consider a rate increase through the Public Service Commission; the board accepted the audit by motion (Schremp/Ehster) 7–0.
Clerk Elizabeth Felkner reviewed applications, licenses and permits; the board approved those items by motion (Schremp/Stroik) 7–0. VanDeWalle said the Aquatic Center Commission adjusted the birthday‑party package fee to $75 (from $50); the board amended the 2026 fee schedule to reflect the new $75 fee (motion Jablonski/Ehster) 7–0.
The audit acceptance obliges staff to continue regular reporting; the fee change will be reflected in posted schedules and program registration information.
