Staff to return with updated park regulations after council review

Parks and Recreation Director Levi Meyer handed the council a memo on Sept. 12 outlining proposed updates to the city park regulations, including proposed park hours, reservation costs and possible violations and enforcement language. Meyer said staff will bring a formal code-change item back to council in a couple of weeks for action.
Mayor Roberts invited council members to submit questions to City Administrator Beth Linn so staff can provide legal review and finalize the materials for the next meeting. No formal action was taken at the Sept. 12 meeting.
