Tim Brown moved to approve the November 2024 Financial Report; Daniel Glass seconded. The vote was recorded as John Caffee-yes, Robin McMurtrey-yes, Daniel Glass-yes, Wes Jolly-yes and Tim Brown-yes (5–0).
Board members did not request additional formal amendments to the report during the meeting. The item followed the consent agenda and will be reflected in the board’s official minutes and financial records.
