Commissioners then adopted the ordinances on roll call; the clerk recorded affirmative votes. Later the commission considered ordinances 66‑24, 67‑24 and 68‑24 to annex and rezone approximately 0.63 acres at 1997 Pioneer Trail; planning staff again recommended approval and the commission adopted each ordinance on roll call.
All second‑reading votes were approved by the commission during the meeting. The city scheduled second readings and public hearings for several first‑reading code amendments for Jan. 14, 2025.
