The report lists recurring warrants and detailed vendor payments. Notable construction and capital-related disbursements included invoices for the athletic-complex project (for example: Mid America Sports $161,757.00; Brockman Contracting $181,092.60; EHF Fencing $123,467.40; Babcon Inc. $71,887.50; Branscum Construction $132,183.90). The district also recorded bond payments (US Bank $232,696.93 and Edmonton State Bank payments of $51,179.79 and $68,348.68) and a listed transfer of bond proceeds/expenses totaling $753,110.81.
Finance staff presented receipts for January including SEEK and other state reimbursements, food-service reimbursements and local collections. The document provided line-item detail for checks and receipts (vendors, dates and purposes) for trustees to review before the vote.
The approval clears routine disbursements and confirms ongoing capital spending tied to the district's athletic-complex work. The board's next regular meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2025.
