Wrenshall council approves utility agreement draft, grants fence permit and reviews Bollig task orders

At a June 22 special meeting the Wrenshall City Council approved the final draft of an Outside City Limits Industrial Water and Sewer Services Agreement for Laveau Butcher Company and directed staff to send the agreement to Matt Laveau for his consideration.

The city attorney had reviewed the agreement; the council’s approval at this meeting was to forward the final draft to Mr. Laveau rather than to adopt a binding contract on the spot. The transcript does not record a formal vote count for this action.

On permits, Councilor Sabrina Weber moved to approve a fence permit for 138 Parkwood, and Councilor Joyce Gvesrude seconded; the motion carried. The transcript notes the motion carried but does not provide a roll-call tally.
