Chanceford adopts Ordinance 2026‑3 to regulate parking on certain township roads

Vice‑Chairman Bradley Smith moved to adopt the ordinance; Lawrence Hare seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Solicitor John Wilson said he is working with Felton Borough’s solicitor on signage for Runkle Road and on integrating the Data Center Ordinance and other stand‑alone ordinances with the zoning ordinance.
The ordinance adoption was recorded in the meeting minutes as an approved motion; the solicitor will follow up on signage coordination and regulatory integration.
