Councilmember Sabrina Weber moved to approve the agenda and consent agenda; Councilmember Steve Studniski seconded the motion, which carried. The consent agenda included minutes from the May 6 and May 18 meetings. The council authorized payment of pre-paid checks/electronic transfers reported as $126,190.84 and June bills/electronic transfers of $53,976.70 for checks #31956-32004 and E-checks 81e-84e.
Jordan White of Lakes Area CPAs presented an overview of the 2025 audit by telephone. Councilmember Joyce Gvesrude moved to approve the audit as presented, and Councilmember Sabrina Weber seconded; the motion carried.
No roll-call vote totals were recorded in the meeting minutes; motions were recorded as "motion carried." The council ended the business covered under the consent agenda and audit and proceeded to routine departmental reports and agenda items.
The council adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
