Wrenshall swears in new councilor, approves fiber agreement, equipment purchases and routine reports

On governance and personnel the council approved the updated 2026 appointments list and approved removing Duane Ziebarth as an authorized bank signer and adding Acting Mayor Joyce Gvesrude. The council also approved the 2026 Pay Equity Report. Council directed staff to send a letter to the owner of Pioneer Mobile Park reminding the owner of a Correction Notice and requesting a timeline for required work in 2026.
