Heffner noted bids from Russell Standard were received late and were not considered. The board also approved the sale of a 2018 Caterpillar 299D2 skid steer for $55,000 via Municibid (motion carried unanimously).
No dissenting votes were recorded. The board entered the bid table into the record for procurement and budgeting purposes.
