Annual contract renewals: The board approved recommended annual renewals included in the packet: probationary administrator renewals, probationary teacher renewals (progressing through years 1–3), and two-year contract extensions for eligible contract teachers. Superintendent Freeman explained the district process for addressing struggling probationary teachers, saying resignations are typically used in lieu of formal non-renewals.
Consent agenda and donations: The board approved the consent agenda (minutes, financial report, fundraiser requests, gift to the district and resignations/retirements).
