Geary County commission returns from executive session with no action, approves guidance to avoid mid-year pay-grade changes

A commissioner (S2) moved to adopt that guidance and a second was recorded; the motion was carried on a voice vote.
Malchow also asked staff to prepare a written policy for the commission to review at an upcoming meeting and noted she will have that available for the commission to consider at the next Monday meeting.
