Members discussed logistics including capacity (the upstairs limit was noted as about 100 because of bathroom capacity), food and refreshment planning, and the potential need for licensing and rights for movies if the group holds a movie night. One member said a projector and screen are available and suggested showing locally created historical videos or other material that would reduce licensing costs. The committee also agreed that small maintenance purchases such as a dusk-to-dawn photocell light purchased by Travis for $15.41 should be recorded for reimbursement from committee funds.
