Open Space Advisory Committee excuses absentees, approves minutes and adjourns

At its March 4, 2026 meeting the Open Space Advisory Committee approved three routine motions by unanimous voice vote of members present.
Peg Phillips moved to excuse absent members John Lynch and William "Bob" Olivier; Steve Slota seconded and the motion carried with all members present voting in favor. Phillips then moved to approve the regular meeting minutes of February 4, 2026; Slota seconded and the motion carried by voice vote. At the end of the meeting Rich Conklin moved to adjourn at 7:45 p.m.; Peg Phillips seconded and the motion carried.
The meeting was called to order at 7:09 p.m. and adjourned at 7:45 p.m. No public members were present to offer comments.
