Beaman council approves 28E law-enforcement agreement with Grundy County and adopts FY2027 wage resolution

Mayor Mindy Ashton presided over the Beaman City Council's June 11 regular meeting, where the council unanimously approved a 28E intergovernmental agreement with Grundy County for Law Enforcement Services for fiscal year 2027 and adopted a wage schedule for FY2027.

Council member Brandon Schleisman moved and Barry Brockman seconded approval of the 28E agreement with Grundy County; the motion passed with five affirmative votes.
