- Item 7 (Council Member Aldo Reni Carrito): Expand transportation at city senior centers beyond the five‑mile radius using grants, partnerships and route optimization; motion to approve staff recommendation carried.
- Item 8 (Council Member Mesa Gonzalez): Reimagining Cafe College—staff review of effectiveness and alignment with education and workforce partners; motion to approve staff recommendation carried.
- Item 9 (Council Member Mesa Gonzalez): Review and possible amendments to annexation and growth‑management policy. The committee debated appropriate committee placement (PCDC, IGR, or B session) and ultimately voted to refer the item to the Intergovernmental Relations Committee for initial consideration.
- Item 10 (Council Member Jalen McKea Rodriguez): CCR on protections for transgender, nonbinary and intersex residents. Motion to forward the CCR to the Public Safety Committee carried.
