Logan County Schools board approves new and updated policies in unanimous votes

The Logan County Schools board unanimously approved two sets of policy updates during its meeting, voting 3–0 to adopt items presented for third-and-final reading.

Chair opened the votes on the set of new policies designated under item J (policies 1–4) and, after a second, the board approved them by voice vote. The chair then called for a separate motion on item K, the updated policies on third-and-final reading; that motion also passed unanimously, 3–0.

The votes were procedural final readings; no public speakers were recorded on the items. The chair confirmed that a quorum was present (Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Dean were noted as attending, with Dean joining by phone) before the board proceeded to the motions.
