City Clerk Terri Park administered the oath of office at the start of the April 20, 2026 Board of Aldermen meeting at the Moscow Mills Lions Club, swearing in Lisa Meyer as mayor and re-certifying Steve Aston and Liz Streckfuss as members of the board.
The swearing-in occurred after the meeting reconvened from an executive session. Following the ceremonial oath, the board completed routine internal business: Amy Vollmer was approved as President of the Board; Liz Streckfuss was approved as Payroll Monitor; Steve Aston was designated Bank Statement Monitor; Cody Quist was approved as Budget Officer; and Amy Vollmer was designated as the board’s representative to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Each appointment was made by motion and approved by the board on voice vote ('All in Favor').
Mayor Lisa Meyer presided over the meeting after the oath was administered by the city clerk. There were fifteen guests in attendance at the public meeting; no visitor remarks were recorded during the session.
