He said in the first half of 2026 YSB had already provided services to 13 Lake Elmo youth for at least 101 hours.
Huntley outlined programs including diversion, family counseling, school-based chemical-health supports, youth and family education, and a military-family support program that the organization plans to expand into a first-responder family support program. He said financial support from cities keeps fees affordable and enables language interpretation services for families.
