The group recommended forming special committees to focus on business attraction, tree planning and landscaping, and grant research and writing so responsibilities are distributed across volunteers and council champions. The committees are intended to decentralize work and increase community engagement; initial assignments were accepted and more role details will be returned in a revised Vision Plan.
No budget figures or specific incentive programs were presented during the workshop; participants discussed assigning responsibility for championing business retention and parking/tourism strategies but did not adopt formal plans or motions.
