West Point honors Frances Thornton for 30 years of volunteer service

The resolution cited Thornton’s longtime work providing clothing, food and financial assistance to West Point and surrounding counties and praised her 27 years managing the Good Neighbor Center. The council certified the resolution at the March 25 meeting.
